Rolando Chang Barrero is an American painter, curator, gallerist, filmmaker, general performance artist, activist and arts advocate. Born in Coconut Grove, Florida and now resides in West Palm Seaside, Florida. Barrero been given his BFA from the Faculty of the Artwork Institute of Chicago (SAIC) in 1990.
